The plant is fully equipped with modern equipment’s and testing facilities which enable the manufacturing of various sophisticated grades of steel conforming to national and international standards.

Our Engineers keeps experimenting with the ways and means of producing the new age products, which are superior in quality, reliable in nature, most cost effective and meeting customer's requirements to their satisfaction.

LABORATORY

Chemical Testing: Spectrometer supported by a fully equipped Wet analysis laboratory.

Mechanical Testing: Fully Computerized Universal testing machine of 40 ton capacity, Brinnel / Rockwell, Poldi hardness testers, Impact testing machines and Profile Projector. (Under Commissioning)

Sand Testing: Modern facilities to check sand strength, permeability, clay content, hardness etc.

Dimensional Inspection: Vernier Calipers, Outside Micrometres, Cylinder bore gauge, Height gauges etc.
